Admissions
We have different admission processes tailored to various applicant categories. Please review the requirements for your specific category:
1. Society of Saint Paul Applicants:
Aspiring Paulines should submit the following documents to the SSP Vocation Director, who will forward them to the Registrar:
- Birth Certificate (from the Philippine Statistics Authority)
- Baptismal Certificate
- Confirmation Certificate
- Parents’ Catholic Marriage Certificate
- Report Card (Form 138) for Senior High School Graduates OR Transcript of Records for College Transferees/Graduates
- Certificate of Transfer/Honorable Dismissal (for College Transferees)
- Results of a complete medical check-up (certified by a physician)
- Recommendation and certification of good moral character (from your parish priest, mailed directly to the Rector)
- Personal letter stating your purpose in seeking admission
- Agreement Form signed by parents/guardians (if a minor) or by the applicant (if of legal age)
- Two (2) recent colored 1″ x 1″ photos (ID and Library Cards)
- Two (2) recent colored 2″ x 2″ photos (academic records)
2. Other Seminarians and Religious (from other Congregations/Institutions):
After passing the preliminary examinations and interviews:
- Letter of Recommendation from your Superior/Rector/Head
- Report Card (Form 138) or Transcript of Records
- Honorable Dismissal (for College Transferees)
- Two (2) recent colored photos (1″ x 1″ for ID/Library, 2″ x 2″ for records)
3. Guest Students (Lay Individuals):
After passing the preliminary examinations and interviews:
- Letter of Recommendation from your Parish Priest AND/OR School Principal
- Letter of Approval and Good Moral Character from previous rector/superior/formator (if applicable)
- Report Card (Form 138) or Transcript of Records
- Honorable Dismissal (for College Transferees)
- Two (2) recent colored photos (1″ x 1″ for ID/Library, 2″ x 2″ for records)
4. Foreign Students:
After fulfilling CHED and Bureau of Immigration requirements:
- Two (2) recent colored photos (1″ x 1″ for ID/Library, 2″ x 2″ for records)
- Letter of Recommendation from your Superior/Rector
- Transcript of Records
- Immigrant Visa Status
- Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Number
